Dr. Hans Delye

Bio

Dr. Hans Delye is MD, PhD, pediatrisch neurochirurg en voormalig hoofd van het Radboudumc Centre of expertise Craniofacial disorders.

Hij studeerde in 2010 af aan de KULeuven als neurochirurg. In 2010 behaalde hij zijn PhD in de Biomedische Wetenschappen na afleggen van zijn proefschrift ' Doctoral dissertation : 'Better bicycle head protection by improving the knowledge of the biomechanics of head injuries'.

Sinds 2010 werkte hij in het Radboudumc Centre of expertise for Craniofacial disorder.

Sinds november 2024 werkt hij als **neurochirurg * in het AZ Turnhout waar zijn aandachtsgebieden complexe spine, oncologie en kinderneurochirurgie zijn. Hij is tevens aangesteld als consultant pediatrisch neurochirurg in het UZLeuven, waar hij het craniofaciaal team ondersteunt met de endoscopische behandeling van craniosynostose. Ook is hij aangesteld als consultant pediatrisch neurochirurg aan het Hôptial Erasme-ULB waar hij eveneens het craniofaciaal team ondersteunt.

This allows us to offer every patient a custom-tailored therapy that fits the jointly defined treatment goals.
